First of all, I would say that you'll never deal with a more pleasant guy than George Palmer. He was extremely professional, courteous, friendly, helpful, cost-concious, and thorough. I had already purchased hurricane panels from Lowe's, but I did not have the permanent brackets and hardware to install around my windows so that in the event of a storm I could easily throw up my shutters. George came out and looked at my house, a 2 story townhome, and the panels I had bought, and suggested a quick, easy, inexpensive yet solid solution to my hurricane shutter problem. Initially I thought either I would have to pay someone thousands of $$ to do the work or I would have to go and buy all kinds of expensive, complicated, and dangerous tools and equipment to do the work myself, and pretty much for a one-time job. George however will apparently do any size job from a small townhouse like mine to the larger residences in other parts of Boca and Palm Beach County. He sold me the brackets cheaper than I would pay Lowe's, he cut them at his shop to the exact size of my windows, he delivered them to my house along with all the hardware I needed to do the installation myself. Then he picked up my shutters and took them back to his shop and cut them down to the exact size of my windows and brought them back to my house after they were ready along with some other parts that I needed...and we swapped hardware since I had bought the wrong screws from Lowe's. - Aaron Muckley

[All Florida] Hurricane Depot sent out George Palmer to repair various storm damage and other repairs. I would adopt the gentleman they sent to my house as he was a pleasure to work with... They were very professional and attentive. -ARLENE SCHREIBER
